Founder

Adv. Mustafa Soker is the Founder of MS Advocates & Legal Consultants. An Experienced professional whose fields of expertise include: 

Real Estate and Property law, execution of lawsuits in relation to Real Estate, Immovable Property Law, International Trade contracts, Maritime Law, Corporate Law, Providing Legal advice to foreign Investors, Tourism investments, Creating a legal dimension of the establishment of Joint Venture and similar partnerships and giving legal opinion on these issues, Prepare Due-Diligence Reports On Merges And Acquisitions.

Mustafa graduated from the Law Faculty of Eastern Mediterranean University in 2000 and left for Istanbul for his one year internship at Aybay&Aybay Law office. After finishing one year internship he was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2002. Mustafa continued working for Aybay & Aybay Law office for another year in the areas of large-scale maritime law cases, financial transactions, Real Estate and execution proceedings.

He graduated from the University of Essex, UK in 2004 with LLM degree in International Trade Law and started to work as an attorney for Christmas and Sheehan Solicitors Law Firm in London.

In 2007 Mustafa Söker came back to Cyprus and joined H-A & Partners Law firm. where in a short period of time, in 2009, he became a partner.

​

In 2010, after gaining a vast amount of experience and well established reputation in Istanbul, London and Cyprus Mustafa founded a tailored boutique law practice, which diligently provides personalized and high-quality legal services to his clients.
